Jesus Sticks With Us

Do we ever make space to think about Jesus?

My son saw me reading an online post about a man surrendering his life to Jesus.

"Daddy, what's his story?"

"He was lonely before He met Jesus."

"Why was he lonely?"

"Because our life is not complete when we don't know Jesus."

He paused for a while. Then he said something that surprised me.

"Daddy, when I am playing lego I think about Jesus. Because when I stick the bricks together it's like me and Jesus going together. And it means that I can go to Heaven. Now if I can go to Heaven I can see Him."

I never thought legos can also teach us about God.

It reminded me that whenever I go thru problems of any size, shape, or color, Jesus will always stick with us.

And it's the perfect reminder this Christmas season.

Jesus is our Immanuel, God is with us.

I'm glad we bought him Legos for Christmas. And I won't mind buying him another one next year.
